Earlier, India captain, Suresh Raina won the toss and elected to bowl first.

West Indies have brought in Kieron Pollard in place of Darren Bravo while India go into the match with an unchanged side.

India who lead the five match series owing to their four wicket win on Tuesday will look to keep the momentum going in their favour while the hosts on their part will be aiming to get back on even terms.

India showed great resolve despite the absence of key players to brush aside the Windies who clearly lacked the firepower to challenge the visitors in the opening fixture.

The absence of Chris Gayle at the top of the order was telling as the home team managed only 214/9 off their 50 overs.

West Indies though can take heart from the fact that their spinners Devendra Bishoo and Anthony Martin gave the Indians a run for their money on a pitch which was not all that condusive for stroke play.

However, Team India encouraged by the batting performances of Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma in game one will be favourites to take a decisive 2-0 lead.
