Sunil Narine has been named as the replacement for fast bowler Kemar Roach who is out of action with a shin injury

Mystery off-spinner Sunil Narine has been named as the replacement for injured fast bowler Kemar Roach for West Indies’ Tour of England. Kemar Roach has been ruled out of action with a shin injury. The 24-year-old Sunil Narine, who is going to replace Roach, has recently won accolades for dominating several batsmen in the Indian Premier League in which he got the Player of the Tournament award.

Sunil NarineSunil Narine is yet to play Test Cricket though and it remains to be seen if he is going to play in the Third Test at Birmingham or not. The Trinidadian has so far played 8 ODIs taking 14 wickets along with a couple of T20Is. Narine may not play in the third Test but will be a main weapon for the West Indies in the ODIs that follow.
