Last Wicket:

Over 49.0

The pitch was sluggish though it was better under lights with a bit of dew. Again England had to face the slowness of the spin-oriented Bangladeshi attack and it needed a special knock from the Irishman - Eoin Morgan to pull them out of the woods. Poor Bangladesh they would have picked up their first ever international win against England but for this Morgan chap!
Again I would say that England have a long way to go in One Day Cricket, certainly not their best yet. They aren't that good against spinners infact very nervous and just play the desperate sweep shots. Morgan is an exception though and Matt Prior for a bit.
Brilliant chase from Eoin Morgan, absolutely cool under pressure and what marvelous array of shots he has got! He kind of reminds us about Andy Flower when it comes to the sweeps, reverse sweeps and certainly some flashes of Neil Fairbrother of the 90s!
Over 48.5: Sixer! Shafiul Islam to E Morgan, bangs it short, swivels back and finishes the match in style with a massive pull into the crowd over deep squareleg for a six! England win by 2 wickets to lead the 3-ODI Series 2-0.
Over 48.4: Boundary! Shafiul Islam to E Morgan, full toss, lifts that in the air well wide of mid off for a boundary! This is Morgan's 2nd ODI hundred, first one for England, remember he has a hundred playing for Ireland!
Over 48.3: Beaten! Shafiul Islam to E Morgan, pitched up delivery, swings his bat at a wide one outside off and is beaten, the bat hit the turf. 10 from 9
Over 48.2: Two runs. Shafiul Islam to E Morgan, full toss, flicks the attempted yorker towards widish deep mid wicket for a couple that brings up his 1st ODI hundred! 10 from 10
Over 48.1: Boundary! Shafiul Islam to E Morgan, full toss, swings it away with the angle towards deep squareleg for a boundary to move onto 98! 12 from 11
Over 47.6: No runs. A Razzak to James Tredwell, flighted delivery, makes room and flicks it to wide mid wicket, no runs! England need 16 more runs to win from 12 balls.
Over 47.5: No runs. A Razzak to James Tredwell, quicker and flatter in the air, flicks it straight to mid wicket.
Over 47.4: Three runs. A Razzak to E Morgan, flatter trajectory delivery, drives it brilliantly inside out between covers and mid off and will pick up three more runs. 16 from 14
Over 47.3: Boundary! A Razzak to E Morgan, quicker and flatter in the air, connects his high risk reverse sweep superbly through point for a boundary! 19 from 15
Over 47.2: Two runs. A Razzak to E Morgan, full toss, flicks that easy ball to deep mid wicket for a couple. 23 from 16
Over 47.1: No runs. A Razzak to E Morgan, quicker and flatter in the air, drives the full ball straight to mid off. Razzak has replaced Shakib. 25 from 17
End of Over 47
