Virat Kohli scored a brilliant 67 from just 42 balls and was well supported by Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers as Royal Challengers posted massive 181/5 against Pune at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore on Friday.

Earlier Pune Warriors skipper Yuvraj Singh won the toss and elected to bowl first against Royal Challengers Bangalore in match 35 of IPL-4 season at the M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bangalore on Friday.

The eight-wicket defeat to Chennai Super Kings at Mumbai in their previous game has put the Warriors in a tricky position. With barely two wins from six matches and languishing at the ninth position with only four points, they can't afford to lose anymore matches.

On the other hand, Royal Challengers, who struggled at the start of the championship, have gained confidence from their victories over Kolkata Knight Riders and Delhi Daredevils.
