World Cup finalists Sri Lanka brought Scotland back down to earth with a crushing 183 run one-day international win on Wednesday.
Sri Lanka, in the final match of their tour of Britain, made 284 for seven featuring fifties from openers MahelaJayawardene and DimuthKarunaratne.
Scotland were then dismissed for their second lowest ODI total of 101, with Sri Lanka fast bowler LasithMalinga taking five for 30 in an innings where MajidHaq top-scored with 34 and no other batsman made more than 17.
