The crucial match of the CB Series between Australia and Sri Lanka is in the potential danger of getting washed out due to heavy rains in Melbourne. India will be out of the CB Series if the match does get abandoned!

What may be bad news for India could be good for Sri Lanka as the weather doesn’t seem to be fine at all in Melbourne! Tomorrow is the big match between Australia and Sri Lanka at the Melbourne Cricket Ground which will decided the second finalist that will face the hosts. Australia are already in the final and Sri Lanka will have to defeat them tomorrow to face them again in the Finals. If Sri Lanka loses, then it will be India who will enter into the best of three finals.

The weather reports are not promising at all about Melbourne though for any cricketing action to happen tomorrow. At the time of writing this post, Melbourne is already receiving heavy rain. Its also learnt that the state of Victoria including its Capital City Mebourne are facing flood situations.

Although the chances of rain for tomorrow are less, Melbourne has already received heavy rain today and the people are worried about the flooding. If tomorrow’s game does get washed out by any chance then Sri Lanka will get two points along with Australia which means that India will be knocked out from the CB Series!
