India and Bangladesh have faced each other in 25 matches till date, of which India have won a majority -- 22 to be precise. Bangladesh, on the other hand, have tasted wins in only three matches, but the last two have come within five years of each other and in significant games -- one of course being the 2007 World Cup match, and the other the 2012 Asia Cup game in which Sachin Tendulkar got his 100th international ton.


Highest Score

India's highest score in an ODI against Bangladesh is 370 for 4 at Dhaka on February 19, 2011.


Bangladesh's highest score against India is 296 for 6, again at Dhaka on January 7, 2010.


Lowest total

Bangladesh were all-out for 76 in 27.3 overs at Dhaka on April 11, 2013.


India's lowest total was in the disastrous World Cup game in 2007 at Port of Spain. They were cleaned up for 191 on March 17, 2007, and went on to be shocked by Bangladesh in their World Cup opener that year in the Caribbean.


Most Runs

Gautam Gambhir has scored must runs in Indo-Bangla clashes. In 11 games, he has 592 runs to his credit at an average of 59 with two hundreds and three fifties and a highest of 107 not out.


Tamim Iqbal holds the record for Bangladesh. In 10 games, he has scored 397 runs averaging 39.7 with five half-centuries and a highest of 70.


Highest individual score

Out-of-favour Indian opener Virender Sehwag's 175 off 140 balls with 14 fours and 5 sixes is the highest individual score in Indo-Bangla one-day matches. This came in the World Cup game at Dhaka on February 19, 2011.


For Bangladesh, the highest individual score is by Mushfiqur Rahim. He made 117 from 113 balls with 7 fours and 2 sixes at Fatullah on February 26, 2014.


Most Hundreds

Mr. Consistent Virat Kohli has three hundreds to his credit in six games with a highest of 136 to go with two fifties. Gambhir has two tons and three fifties. No Bangladesh player has scored more than one hundred against India.


Most Wickets

Mohammad Rafique has claimed most wickets in India-Bangladesh clashes. In 14 matches, he has claimed 18 matches averaging 32.5 with a best of 3 for 35.


Ajit Agarkar is the most successful Indian bowler against Bangladesh. In 8 matches, he scalped 16 wickets at an average of 17.9 with a best of 3 for 18.


Best Bowling Figures in an innings

Javagal Srinath has the best bowling figures in India-Bangladesh ODIs. He claimed 5 for 23 at Dhaka on January 10, 1998.


Mashrafe Mortaza's 4 for 38 at Port of Spain on March 17, 2007 has the best bowling figures by a Bangladeshi against India.
