Mumbai announces Ranji Trophy probables

Mumbai Cricket Association has named a 30-man probables list for this season’s Ranji Trophy. The big news is the inclusion of a 14-year-old by the name Arman Jaffer. The teenager happens to be the nephew of India discard Wasim Jaffer.

Mumbai Cricket Association has named a 30-man probables list for this season’s Ranji Trophy. The big news is the inclusion of a 14-year-old by the name Arman Jaffer. The teenager happens to be the nephew of India discard Wasim Jaffer. Little Arman announced his arrival in the cricketing circuit by scoring a mammoth 498 in 2010 in Giles Shield Tournament. Arman continued his habit of scoring bug by slamming 473 in a Harris Shield match this year.

Joining Arman is another teenager Sarfaraz Khan who also made it to the India U-19 team for a tri-series in Australia. Sarfaraz is just 16 years of age and a run machine just like Arman with a record score of 439 to his name in a Harris Shield match.

The Mumbai Probables also includes the big names like Sachin Tendulkar and Zaheer Khan.
