Richard Pybus to take over as the new Bangladesh Coach

Former Pakistan Coach, Richard Pybus has today been appointed as the Coach of the Bangladesh National Cricket Team. The 47-year-old Englishman takes over the duties from former Australian batsman Stuart Law.

Former Pakistan Coach, Richard Pybus has today been appointed as the Coach of the Bangladesh National Cricket Team for a 2-year period. The 47-year-old Englishman takes over the duties from former Australian batsman Stuart Law.

Richard PybusIt was only 9 months ago that Stuart Law had taken over as the Bangladeshi Coach but had to resign prematurely from the position citing family reasons. His successor – Richard Pybus was the Coach of Pakistan during the 1999 and the 2003 World Cups. Since 2003, Pybus hasn’t worked with any of the international teams. Pybus has worked with South African domestic teams like the Titans and the Cape Cobras.

The 47-year-old Richard Pybus is expected to start his work as the Bangladeshi Coach from next month for the tour of Zimbabwe.
